I am originally from Maine and love to visit, especially in the summer and fall time. I graduated with a Master's in Social Work (MSW) from Smith College School for Social work in 2009. Since graduating I've worked with various populations in different settings. For approximately the first 5 years of my career I worked mostly with kids and families within home, school and group home settings. I worked for Maine Behavioral Healthcare where I was afforded the opportunity to train in several evidenced based practices including: Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI), and Modular Approach to Therapy for Children (MATCH). These trauma and attachment based treatments provided me with a lens to support adult clients with relational and/or trauma based issues. For approximately a decade, I have been mostly working with individual adults and couples in community clinic and private practice settings. With over 14 years of experience I have helped guide several individuals, families and couples in their time of need. I value the work that we do together and feel much gratitude for the people I get to work with.
